Verge Network Solutions, Inc. is a privately held company that was originally founded in 1988 as Integrated Systems Corporation, by Principals with a combined experience of over seventy-five (75) years, in the industry, in the local community. Later, Integrated Systems Corporation changed its name to ISC Telecom to reflect its core business focus in the telecommunications industry. In 1998 ISC Telecom merged with Expanets, formerly a nationwide provider of communications solutions, before its sale to Avaya in 2003. In early 2002, Verge Network Solutions spun out of Expanets to become the Mitel Platinum VAR for the State of Oklahoma, and acquired the entire Mitel customer base, product inventory, support parts, and the Mitel technical support organization. Today, the original company founder and President, Glen Patterson, continues to lead team and the business. |

Prior to its spinout from Expanets, the company had achieved many significant milestones, including being named Mitel’s number one dealer in the Central United States for three (3) consecutive years, implementation and deployment of a full interexchange long distance business (this business segment remained with Expanets), and the development of a
large sales and technical staff of almost sixty (60) professionals, with experience second to none, serving the entire State of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains,
from Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Denver.
Today, the company is
smaller and more agile and is very focused on designing and delivering converged communications solutions throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas
with special emphasis in the Community Banking market, and is now recognized
as one of the leaders providing converged communications solutions to the
Community Banks throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas.
The company has historically grown on a year-over-year basis, and expects to continue
its growth with a projected annual growth rate of approximately (15%) per year, while continuing to achieving profitability at every phase of our growth. Verge is headquartered in Oklahoma City with a Branch Office located in Tulsa. From these locations, it provides sales, technical service, and customer support throughout the entire state of Oklahoma and Arkansas. The company is managed by its principals Glen Patterson, John Ryan, and Art Ashcroft, with a combined experience in excess of seventy-five (75) years in the telecommunications industry. Today our customers range from small businesses to large and regional firms, and the State of Oklahoma.
