Verge Network Solutions, Inc. has a complete offering of Professional Services, including Consulting, Training, and Technical Support Services.  These services are offered separately to customers who have a need to re-design or make more efficient use of their present communications system.

Terms and Conditions

Consulting and Engineering Support

$190.00 per hour

Verge's Staff and Engineers represent many years of experience and knowledge in the telecommunications industry.  Our staff includes individuals with extensive business experience, technical certifications, and years of background in the design, implementation, and support of complex business communications solutions.  We are able to fully engage with our customers to understand their unique applications and business challenges, and then evaluate all relevant data involved in costs and personnel, and then make clear and concise recommendations to assist our customers with the right choice in products and services to meet their unique challenges, and reduce cost.  Our evaluation and recommendations include the entire voice and data network, as well personnel and costs associated with specific business applications such as the Call Center environment.  Our Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes Professional Services at no charge.


Billable System Per Call Services

$135.00 per hour *

One (1) hour minimum

Includes the Following

Þ Out of Warranty Services

Þ Changes to System Applications and System Software

Þ System Expansion

Þ Cabling

Þ Relocation of Telephones and Equipment

Þ Services not covered by a Warranty or Maintenance Support Agreement

Þ Remote programming for clients not covered by a Warranty or Maintenance Agreement


Station User Training

$190.00 per hour

Station user training includes ongoing or additional training for new and existing station users and console operators.  Training can be arranged at the customer site or can be conducted at the local Verge office.  Initial and appropriate follow up training will be conducted prior to, during, and immediately following installation of any Verge system and will be included in the purchase price of the system.  Training is billed in two (2) hour minimum increments.  Our Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes Station User Training Classes at no charge.


System Administration Training

$190.00 per hour

This training includes programming instruction in the customer’s use of special features and of management tools such as Automatic Call Distribution, Cost Accounting Systems, and Voice Messaging and Automated Attendant Systems, and is designed for supervisors, system administrators, and managers.  Our Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes Professional Services at no charge.


System Traffic Analysis

$190.00 per hour

System traffic analysis allows Verge to collect raw system traffic data and system performance information, and then our personnel will analyze the traffic data and provide a written report to you, in an understandable format, along with our professional recommendations that effect will trunk utilization, long distance usage, and efficiency at the Attendant Console.  This analysis will insure the system is served with the proper number and type of trunk lines, and that your business doesn't pay for network services it doesn't need.  Our Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes periodic traffic reports at no charge.


*  Rates shown indicate billable rates for services provided during normal business hours.  Higher rates will be quoted for services provided outside of normal business hours.  System service rates are based on a one (1) hour minimum with subsequent time prorated and billed in (¼) hour increments.
