Receives customer requests and support requirements, and initiates Work Order requests; Reviews customer’s service and work order history; Coordinates traffic studies and service requests; Makes recommendations for post warranty service; Insures coordination between customers and the technical organization.  Jane will make sure Verge delivers the highest level of service and support available anywhere, to our customers.

Systems Engineer/Technician

Assists customers with equipment room planning, design, and layout; Develops system configuration and database requirements; Manages in-house pre-installation system configuration, programming, and testing; Provides on-going maintenance service and support; Acts as the Project Manager on larger system implementations; Interfaces with the manufacturers and the technical organization for the support of our customers.
