Confer III is a powerful lower cost Conference Bridge that provides extremely good value for customers requiring a conference bridge with up to (72) simultaneous parties on a single conference call, or in increments of up to (4) parties per call, with multiple calls at the same time.

The Confer III provides a myriad of sophisticated features and benefits not usually found in such a cost effective solution.  These features and benefits include:

  • (8) to (72) port system (expandable)

  • Easiest, most cost effective solution to conferencing

  • Connects to analog ports on PBX or CO lines

  • Transfer callers to a designated extension number

  • Meet-me capability, or use dial-out option

  • Conference meeting can include any combination of internal and external lines

  • Requires disconnect supervision (loop break; dial tone; busy tone; reorder tone)

  • Easily installed by a telecom technician (plug and play)

Confer III Feature Options

Authorization Code (per 8 ports)
Easily programmable to control access to the bridge, can be disabled.

Basic Remote Administration
Includes Remote Configuration via
Master Control Port and Voice Prompt Package and allows you to dial in and verify or change Authorization Code.

Blast Dial (Included with ConferView or ConferWeb)
Lets you program lists of numbers to pre-program and immediately blast dial to connect your calls instantly.

ConferView
For control and monitoring via PC or modem; this software may be used with or without Basic or Premium Remote Administrative options.

ConferWeb
Host PC resides on the
LAN for bridge management access from multiple PC browsers. Can be ordered with Premium Admin Option, or as an upgrade to the Premium package. Includes software CD and user manual. To be installed in a dedicated Windows XP TM PC (not included) connected to Confer III via serial port cable. Requires URL pointing to the ConferWeb server.

Coupler
If you wish to use Confer
III only as "meet-me" bridge you may order Confer III units and desktop coupler. This will limit the elegant design of the Confer III advanced functions.

Custom Greetings
Allows the user to record custom greetings (up to 30 seconds) for conference participants. Can be updated per call group.

Dial-Out
Allows a person to call OUT of the bridge for purposes of consultation or for adding a party to the conference in progress.

Expansion
The Confer
III card cage is designed to host up to 9 eight-port conference cards, a total of (72) ports per system. Adding new ports is easy.  If a customer purchases one Confer III unit and later decides they want to expand, we suggest that the customer convert the unit to a card cage and add additional Confer III cards.

Headcount
This option lets the user enter a touch tone command to verify how many parties are on the call at any time. May be used for additional call security, or to verify attendance at any time during the meeting.

Moderator Code
Included in Premium Remote Administration, controls access to Virtual Gavel and Dial-Out functions.

Premium Remote Administration
Includes Remote Administrative functions (listed above in Basic Admin), plus Custom Greetings (up to 30 seconds), Headcount, Dial-Out and Virtual Gavel.

Virtual Gavel
Allows the Moderator to mute all other lines in the call to eliminate distractions and keep the meeting on target.

Voice Prompts Package (VP)
Provides a factory-recorded voice greeting plus voice prompts and confirmations for various feature/option functions. To create your own greetings, see Custom Greetings (above)

  • 4-wire audio (always in the conference, no supervision)

  • 4-wire E&M (similar to Type 5)

  •  Live line
